When it comes to the end of a busy day, it can often be easy to just take a quick shower and crawl into bed. However, I’ve learned that neglecting to care for myself has repercussions – my skin suffers.

 

This is just one of the reasons I created this 12-week skin detox challenge– I want you all to come with me on this journey to healthier skin, and healthier living. By having an effective skincare regimen, we prepare ourselves to face the world with more confidence, energy, strength, and positivity.

 

6 Skin Detox Challenge Tips

1. Eat Healthy

As you go through your skin detox challenge, you need to supplement your beautifully natural skincare products with healthy, nourishing food. There are a lot of healthy foods out there that will help your skin glow and look vibrant. For example, you may add a bit of raw sauerkraut or a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar to your diet. 2. Give Your Skin Good Memories
