We love mānuka honey and its natural benefits! 16+ refers to The Molan Gold Standard™ (MGS) which is a grading system reviewed by the Ministry for Primary Industries of New Zealand. It appraises the natural marker methylglyoxal found in mānuka honey and assures purity and quality.

Yes we are vegetarian. Although we use all naturally derived ingredients, we can’t be certified organic or vegan just yet, as most of our skincare products contain active 16+ mānuka honey, which is not an organic or vegan approved ingredient at this stage.

All our products are natural and paraben free. The Au Natural Skinfood range is also free from silicones, artificial colours, artificial perfumes, petrochemicals, propylene or butylene glycols, DEA or MEA ingredients, volatile alcohols, sodium laureth or lauryl sulphate, phthalates, propylene glycol. And we’re proud of that!

We use ingredients sourced mainly from New Zealand. In some instances we may add an ingredient from other ethical sources.

You have a choice of purchasing products as a one-time purchase or as a discounted subscription delivered on a regular basis to suit you. If you choose to subscribe you are able to select how often you would like to receive your delivery, either every one, tow or three months. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by simply logging into your account.

To cancel your subscription simply login into your account and select “Manage Subscriptions” - from there you can add or delete products and alter delivery dates or cancel your subscription altogether

Yes. You are able to make one-off purchases at any time or add one-off products to your subscription. We want this to be easy for you so you can just get on with enjoying your products.

You can make any changes in your subscription around the frequency of delivery in the Subscriptions tab when you sign into your Account. You can even pause at the click of a button.

At checkout you are able to apply your discount code to your cart before you proceed to payment.

We proudly ship all orders from our home town of Christchurch, New Zealand, using tracked delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3.00pm the same day, if not they will be sent the next business day. Your confirmation email will include parcel tracking details and the carrier. Our goal is to work with courier companies that love our customers as much as we do, to get your parcel to you fast and in great condition. We appreciate your patience as the current local and global shipping delays are outside of our control.

We offer free shipping to New Zealand & Australia on all orders over $50, otherwise it is $10 delivery fee. For international orders we provide free shipping on all orders over $150 (NZD equivalent) or $50 per order.

Yes they all have expiry dates and batch numbers labeled. We recommend you use products within six months from opening.

We have chosen specific plastics for our hard containers. These have already had a previous life and can continue to have a future life after you have used them, as they include a minimum of 50% PCR or post consumer recycled plastic. Our cardboard boxing and courier cartons are fully recyclable.

Great question. We have chosen specific plastics for our hard containers. These have already had a previous life and can continue to have a future life after you have used them, as they include a minimum of 50% PCR or post consumer recycled plastic. All of our products are made from materials that can be recycled, but often it comes down to your local Council or State recycling capability. To get around this problem and ensure we are recycling our packaging, you can choose to return all your Au Natural Skinfood empty containers (or any other brand!) by selecting one of our courier bags at time of purchase. Returning these ensures all empty products can be sorted, recycled and given a second life using a program we partner with TerraCycle where all components are recycled. Your Au Natural Skinfood products are packaged in recyclable or refillable containers, we use recyclable cardboard packaging and environmentally friendly courier packaging with as few unnecessary layers as possible. These can be refilled or returned to us and we will arrange sustainable and specific recycling for them if your local kerbside recyclers cannot. Keep pushing your council, parliamentarians and senators for better recycling wherever you live!
